Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly talented and self-motivated Data Architect to join our team. The role involves designing and optimizing data models, managing enterprise data architecture, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to enable data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AWS, DocumentDB, and NoSQL databases and strong expertise in data modeling, migration, and governance.
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize data models to efficiently store and retrieve organizational information.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance by implementing governance standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Analyze system requirements and design scalable data architecture to support business needs.
- Oversee data migration from legacy systems to modern solutions with minimal disruption.
- Monitor and troubleshoot database performance to ensure high reliability and availability.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports on data architecture, processes, and recommendations.
